I am a big supporter of South Australia and am verging on fanatical about our annual Fringe Festival. Love the way the city and country come together in the name of artistic expression. The place is buzzing with creativity. People crowd into theatres, circus tents, pop-up bars and venues all over the State. If you haven’t already made a trip to Adelaide during Fringe, Festival and Womad time then you’re missing out.
This year I’m going to a heap of shows – Women of Letters, Amity Dry’s So You Want To Be Famous,    Arj Barker, Katie Noonan, Gossling and am excited about the free Paul Kelly/Neil Finn concert. We’ll also take the kids along to a show so they can share in the magic of live theatre.

In celebration, I have a family pass (2 adults, 2 kids – valued at $80) to giveaway to the Bundaleer Hollow – a fabulous kid’s festival on Sunday March 24 in the gorgeous Bundaleer Forest, Jamestown. The day-long event, featuring performances by Peter Combe, Humphrey and The Fairies, is part of the three day Bundaleer Festival. More details can be found at: www.bundaleerfestival.com.au

To enter just leave a message here or on Bianca Wordley’s Bigwords’ Facebook Page telling me a favourite memory from your childhood, along with your contact details. The competition closes at 5pm Sunday 24th Feb.

Good luck and I can’t wait to hear some of your stories.
